3 step to start meditation

Guys, i found some summary how to start meditation. It's a basic of meditation. Firstly you must close your eyes. By closing the eyes, we should have 80% more success to focus on our meditation. Secondly the important is about breathing. You just focus on your breathing. Feel the air you inhale, try to pause for while then exhale it back and pause again a while before you start the cycle. The last one is so important. Your mind will wander when you meditate.Just remember, when your mind wander, slowly come back to hearing those in and out breathing. No need to get frustrated. That's just how our mind works.
Take as long as you want. Enjoy it.

    I think we should look for topics which relate to (a) what is meditation and some history about its development, (b)Types of meditation, (c) its benefits (d) how does meditation works, (e)how to meditate?
